How to Drink SOS When Sick (Flu, Diarrhea, Vomiting)

During illness, dehydration can worsen symptoms. SOS can hydrate as effectively as an IV drip, making it ideal for:

Instructions:

  • Mix 1 stick with 8 fl oz (250ml) of water

  • Sip small amounts every 15 minutes
